Itinerary
10:00AM: Pick up at hotel in Santiago
12:30PM: Maquis ICON Wine Tour and Tasting
— Start your day at the Maquis estate, a vineyard with roots going back to the 18th century. Known for exceptional expressions of Cabernet Franc and Carménère.
— A guided tasting of 4 wines: Maquis Lien, Maquis Viola, Maquis Franco and a vintage Icon wine from their private library.
2:30PM: Lunch at Fuegos de Apalta (Montes Winery)
— Dine at the famed restaurant of celebrity chef Francis Mallmann, where open-fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, and stunning vineyard views create an unforgettable culinary moment.
— Expect a bold mix of Argentine and Patagonian flavors, perfectly paired with Montes wines.
4:30PM: Neyen Centenary Vines Premium Tasting
— Neyen’s Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère vines date back to 1889 and 1936, respectively some of the oldest in Chile; Enjoy a tasting of Neyen’s iconic blends from 2 different years.
5:30PM: Depart Santa Cruz
8:00PM: Return to hotel in Santiago
